Returns & Refunds Policy

At Technnewest, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality gaming products and reliable service. Please review our Refunds and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must include original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so our support team can review the issue promptly.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Customized or specially configured products
  • Products returned after the allowed return period

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Refund approval depends on the condition of the returned product and compliance with this policy.

Since Technnewest operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) payments only, approved refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed refund method.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged item during delivery
  • An incorrect order shipped by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
